Welcome to a school that changes lives, welcome to Vista del Mar. It’s hard to believe that summer is over and school has begun. We have another great year ahead of us with many programs, projects, and events planned for our Makos.
Our website is a great resource for you to keep informed on what is happening within PTA here at Vista del Mar. You will find information on upcoming events such as our Fall and Winter Fundraisers, Spirit Wear clothing sale, Annual Carnival, Yearbook sales, PTA meetings, amazing Assemblies, Meet the Masters Art program, and much, much more.
We are excited to have a new link on our home page where you can keep up to date with Legislative issues that face CUSD and the state of California. We hope that you will check out the link and help us advocate for your child and the children of Vista del Mar.
Our goal is to provide valuable resources and enrichment programs to our students and staff that would otherwise not be possible due to all the cuts in Education. Your $10 membership fee along with your support of our fundraisers throughout the year help to make it possible for the PTA to provide such programs such as Enrichment Assemblies, Teacher Aides for the Elementary School, $12,000 in Grants to the Middle School, Field trips, Library grants and more.
We are looking forward to another wonderful year here at Vista del Mar. Thank you for allowing me to serve as President for a second year, I truly appreciate it and will do everything I can to continue to make Vista del Mar the best school in San Clemente.
