Volunteer Opportunities

  • Scholastic Book Fair Volunteer: Jan 22 - Jan 25

    Time Commitment: 1 hour

    Volunteers help students with book selections, work the registers, and restock shelves. Experienced Book Fair volunteers will ALWAYS be there, so you won’t be managing classrooms of kids all by yourself.

  • Recess Enrichment Volunteer

    Time Commitment: 1 hour 15 minutes

    Volunteer an hour of your time facilitating a simple art project with kids at recess.

    Recess Enrichment is a program where volunteers facilitate a simple art project with students during the 1st recess.

    Recess Enrichment Dates:

    Sept 14 - 9:30am-10:45am

    Oct 12 - 9:30am-10:45am

    Nov 9 - 9:30am-10:45am

    Dec 14 - 9:30am-10:45am

    Jan 12 - 9:30am-10:45am

    Feb 8 - 9:30am-10:45am

    Mar 14 - 9:30am-10:45am

    Apr 11 - 9:30am-10:45am

  • Watch D.O.G.S. Volunteer

    Time Commitment: 8 hours

    Calling all dads, grandfathers, and other father figures of VdM students! Volunteer with Watch D.O.G.S. where volunteers provide extra sets of eyes and ears to enhance school security, reduce bullying, and provide a greater sense of campus safety allowing students and teachers to focus on learning and instruction.
